House Calls

Here at Go MedMobile we understand that when you’re sick you may not feel like leaving home or taking off half a day of work to spend several hours at a clinic and pharmacy. To address this issue, we have developed a hybrid house call service that brings urgent care like services to your door step.

How Does It Work?


  1. Fill out patient paperwork
  2. Schedule an appointment online or via phone call
  3. Sit back and relax and a certified medical assistant will call you.

After your initial medical and insurance information is obtained, our health care team will send you a link for a telemedicine call. Your health care provider will then perform a visit with you to assess your needs. A medical assistant will then be sent to your location to perform a digital exam, vital signs, any needed diagnostic testing and provide you with any injections and/or a 24 hr supply of medication so you don’t have to worry about waiting at a pharmacy while you’re sick. We will send a script to your preferred pharmacy or a local pharmacy that will deliver the rest of your medication the same or next day depending on time of visit.

Will My Insurance Cover the Visit?


Yes. Most insurances cover telemedicine visits the same as an in-office visit. You will still have any copay or deductible to pay that you would for a regular in-office visit. Unfortunately, insurance won’t cover any at home diagnostic testing, injections, procedures nor IV therapy unless the patient is truly homebound and services are warranted in the home. Therefore, to provide that concierge service we charge a convenience fee that is separate from your telemedicine visit. The fee will include any additional cost for the visit including (digital exam, vital signs, point of care testing, injections and 24hr supply of oral medication).
